So the police are putting a case together against Phil that will send him down for life. But he's still walking around? Then they're messing around arresting him for smashing a floor?

I'm not sure that's how it works. Don't the police give evidence to the CPS then it's up to a court to send you to prison. Their talking like prison is a done deal but it seems like they haven't even taken the case to the CPS yet.

I don't think he'll go down. It's Phil, Richy will get him off in the end. And leaving everything to cat and not Ben, bit weird and unbelievable.

I want Grey to get off. I like him as a character, you need a sexy bad guy. He's unpredictable and makes interesting stories. Id like him to lord it over everyone when he gets off too, especially Whitless.

Same but I suppose he didn't expect the conversation to turn into that, and it would've been obvious if he took his phone out mid conversation to record
