I preferred bad Stuart too and didn't mind the actor. At least you knew what you were getting and all soaps need villains. He just overstayed his welcome and I was confused when we were suddenly supposed to find him endearing and cute, even though he was introduced as a creepy nutter and still had hints of that side to him.

Some villains just need to play their part then quickly exit, like Harvey's racist son.
 
How does Amy always manage to pop up when Dean is on a date? It's very unrealistic.

Dean has no need to live in Walford anymore. His daughter has had her operation so surely the best thing for him now would be to leave Walford and live somewhere else to start a new life. He could either sell his part of the unfeasible Eel shop or become a silent partner.

RE: Priya, it was just weird that they're suddenly planting these seeds. There's definitely something on the radar because there's more to her than being Nish's right hand woman

She only wants him for his money and what she can get out of him. I think Priya is biding her time getting some cash together so that she can escape. The only reason she's helping Nish is because he's given her and Avani somewhere to live and a means of getting back on her feet.
She's definitely using him and I would doubt her loyalty long term. She had nothing when they arrived apart from some clothes in bin bags.
In my view Priya is playing a long game so that she can ultimately escape with some money.
