She's always been called Whitless on here, but earned the right to a nickname with a minor swear word in there.

Getting back to the lack of French accent on Penelope, there have been many examples over the years of Eastenders characters living abroad for years or all their life and having no accent, but my mind has gone blank....

There is one I am trying think of which I'm sure was a female character within the past decade.

Is Peeny's mum British or French as if British Penny would have largely learned Enish from her. Same with Anna/Gina having two Brish parents in Marbella.
 
I actually liked the scenes upstairs in the Vic with Lauren, Linda and Annie. When Annie ran back and hugged her it was quite touching. But how many times is Peter going to put his foot in it :rolleyes:
Also, I really liked the family set up with Ravi, Priya and the kids. They gel really well.
I’m curious about how this all moves forward when Nish is back home.
And on that note, Denise is a nasty, selfish cow who is only out for herself. And surely Jack must have been wondering when on earth her and Kathy became besties.

I think Lauren needs to realise that the world is bigger than her and was it really Peter's place to tell her any of this?

Peter's gonna shag someone who isn't Lauren, you wait.
 
I did laugh at Denise missing lunch at the pie and mash shop and Jack bringing her home a bag of leftovers (clearly hours later judging by how dark it was outside). Amy was desperate to have them and ran upstairs with them. I bet that cold mash and lump of pie was really delicious, no wonder she started sulking when she thought she was going to miss out 🤣
 
hmm I'm thinking that Nish knows more than he's letting own. There's no way he's letting his WIFE MAN walk out his life and live happily across the square. Next weeks spoilers says he agrees with suki about not turning the cafe into flats, this manipulative sexy man would not take this lying down. Liked Lauren and Annie's scenes, and the wee whispering was cute.

Honestly I can't wait for the reinvention of Nish I just hope the scripts live up to all the expectation 🙄

Bal, Nav and Aaron are just to good for the rot to set in with their characters but with all the Panesar secrets now out there I worry for them all a bit.

I loved early Ravi with his darker side and early Nish who had a softer side and definitly think Priya would of been better arriving as just Nuggets mum and concentrating on building up a relationship with a son she left then she'd have more time to shag both her ex and his dad on the down low which I'd guess could be brewing .

Am surprised all the occupants of that house aren’t over 20 stone by now. Every scene with them revolves around food and it’s always takeaways.

It made me laugh when Jack was away and Denise had the incredibly stressful task of making toast for breakfast and they filmed it all dramatically with the smoke alarm going off and her getting increasingly stressed.
 
Since the Keanu death ep EE has been quite the yawnfest.

Nish is alive and awake, at last the Panesar's are back on the scene. much missed. Better than seeing Linda marching around taking the odd swig out of a bottle.

Sharon is off somewhere. Not looking forward to seeing 5 women carting corpse Keanu round the Square!

On the plus side Ravi is back, with thh kids wanting a week or two weeks off school if their grandad dies. Typical kids. 😁 Still waiting for Ravi to clap eyes on Chelsea ..... how did that all come to a sudden halt?
 
Despite too much of Lauren tonight it wasn't a bad episode. I'm already sick of Lauren having a go at 'special sausage Peter' and blaming him for things other people have done. I don't know why he bothers with misery guts.

The kids were cute (Albie and Annie) 🥰

Lauren telling Linda she's 'strong' when she's back on the sauce because she can't cope 😄

Hope Suki phones a divorce lawyer before Nish gets out of hospital because he certainly doesn't deserve her house 😤

Suki and Stacey appear to be the only ones of the 6 thinking straight. Shazza's a witch for legging it to Australia. I hope she gets attacked by a pack of kangaroos 😄

At least we got to see Ravi tonight 🥰
