Surely there is cctv they could have checked around where albie "went missing " and that would be the first thing they would look at and see he was never there. How did no one see canoe put the letter in? And won't they be able to check it for finger prints, I doubt if he was clever enough to wear gloves. The whole story is just ridiculous I was screaming at the telly 😂

This really bugs me. That Slater / Theo week was so good and they've just dropped it for the interim when we needed to know about Theo waking up and his version, the ongoing investigation, Freddie, etc. They just left us hanging, absolutely ridiculous. Been about 3 weeks now, right?

Hopefully they don't adopt the same manner and just drop the Keanu/Sharon/Albie story leaving us in limbo again!

Yeah it’s been about a month now with no update. Not even to say if Theo has left hospital or not. I’m assuming because Stacey has the protection order he won’t be allowed back to Walford or within a certain distance of her. I was on the edge of my seat during Slater/ Theo week what a great week it was.

I get that they have other characters and storylines to focus on but I think to just leave us waiting like this is ridiculous.
 
so I read earlier how next week plays out. Phil and Kat offer to lend Sharon the £50k to get Albie back. Keanu insists he drops it off, but Phil wants to go with him. So keanu persuades Karen to drop it off instead. Maybe she keeps it and goes on the run. She said last night her and keanu will both get into trouble for the Albie missing/police hunt situation. She seemed pretty angry at his stupidity to create such an elaborate lie to cover his plan to take albie.

This was spoke about in the celebrity gossip thread. Basically Jessie and her party were in the same VIP box as Kenneth & his party to watch the Elvis tribute.

That’s it. They were in the same room at the same time. Nothing to indicate that they even knew each other or went there together

Did Barbara Windsor not date one of the krays and I'm sure Kathy was married to a gangster or friend of one. No one really bothered back then and Jessie being in the same room means nothing. The scum are always writing about her. I guess the fire is how rocky will leave, I assume bobby will be injured and Harvey tells Kathy. Kathy will obviously go mental at rocky and either tell the police or make him leave.

The gangster type Barbara's Windsor was married to was Ronnie Knight. I worked in a nightclub owned by them in the 1980s for a summer job when I was at college. It was not a nice place to work. The bouncers were complete meat heads and would beat people up on a whim. Her mother in law used to spy on the bar staff and shout at us via an intercom thing if she couldn't see us at all times.

Ronnie came in one night and I had to serve drinks to him and his cronies. I was terrified of getting the order wrong. Of course none of the cronies paid for drinks.

Looking back I can't believe that I stuck it out for a summer. If any men hassled the bar staff the meat head bouncers would beat them up in front of us. It was brutal. I never met Barbara but her husband was not a nice person.
