Loved tonight’s episode but my main issues were:

Theo isn’t dead, so will not corroborate their story. Bobby and Anna saw Stacey in the street and she said Freddie wasn’t there… I’m guessing Freddie will go on the run (funded and arranged by Phil) the truth will then come out and he’ll come back (after competing on strictly)!

This and also, surely in 2023 someone on the square will have cctv or a ring and will show her trying to go into his house and getting in his car.

They really are pushing the "bad guys always get away with it" angle so I wouldn't be surprised if a nice guy was dead at Christmas

I haven’t watched tonight’s episode but surely the police would search Theo’s car and house? I had a feeling when the key didn’t work for Stacey, that she was going to find a shrine to her in his house with photos etc. Then in the car she did find items belonging to her. Surely if the police did find evidence like that it would show Theo’s intent.
