I wonder how they will write Linda out again as Kellie Bright is pregnant. 🤔 does anyone know what they've got planned?

Glad to see Nancy and Shirley back again, I hope they do something interesting with them. I certainly prefer the Carters in the Vic to Shazza the gold digger 😄

Kush trying to get Whitney to marry him before he heads off to prison seems incredibly selfish and controlling to me. I'm not finding it romantic at all.

I hate when a cast member announces they're leaving, we know Kush is leaving so all this storyline is just padding until then. We know how it'll end fundamentally, Kush will leave in some way.

I hate when female characters get written out for irl maternity leave, they should just film some scenes before they leave that get clipped into the programme whilst they're off, record some 'shouting from another room' clips too. Watching the classic soaps, characters disappeared off screen all the time. Neighbours did all this when Sonya was expecting irl. (The actress/actor should def get maternity/paternity leave I'm not saying they shouldn't, just hide their absence on screen better)

Yes I agree. When characters need to be written out for a while they generally go to prison 🙄 or head off to New Zealand 😀 they're very unimaginative in dealing with it. That's why there are so many criminals in Walford.

There's many characters you hardly ever see and they could easily be in the background without having to go to prison.

Like Stacey could be out picking up the kids, or off on a cleaning job somewhere off the square. She didn't need to be sent off again. Ruby could come home and complain that she had a row with her etc. (I wonder how that actress will be written out now she's also expecting)

You could be on to something, the hot flushes & jokes about menopause this week. That’s happened to a lot of women her age who assume it’s the change & discover they’re pregnant.

I was thinking this too but surely the more mature woman having a surprise baby has already been done to death before with Sharon and denise! And Linda has already had a shock baby who's the daddy storyline it's a bit lazy
