It really does make things look naff. Eastenders trying to be more serious drama like, then they have that in corner.

Confused with this Lucas/Denise/Chelsea storyline, not sure if it’s because it’s a mess or if I’ve not been paying attention.

I actually think good on Lucas for making Chelsea scared. She keeps acting like people HAVE to sort it out for her when really.. they dont? She should sort it out. She seems really entitled and annoying

Sharon's brother could be a good character if he tones it down a bit. Tooooo cockney wanker!!! These two episodes did seem a bit livelier and the humour wasn't too bad. Trying to catch the scrappy dog was quite cute. I like little Bailey.

There are plenty of real people like Zack in Essex It's because there parents are from East London but moved to Essex. They will support West ham and love a jellied eel My family parties are full of Zacks ( my in-law family parties ) I like Zack so far

I feel like it was so rushed too because ash was so smitten and in love with that other woman(forgotten her name) then things changed so quickly and suddenly she’s fumbling around with Peter!

Anyone wondering if Lucas is going to die in prison? I hope not

It’s totally true. I am born and bred Essex and we always have to put up with the blow-ins from elsewhere. Essex is full of ex-East End people.

I enjoyed the two episodes tonight. I don’t mind the new Lillie, she did really well in that scene with Stacy and Martin.

That guy dying suddenly in the back of the car was so random

Gray still gives me the absolute creeps. Knew he’d back down when face to face with Kush though. Loved Whitney at the end saying exactly what the viewers are thinking regarding Mackenzie.

Getting really fed up with the ruby/stacey story. It’s so unrealistic. The fact she tampered with the footage would’ve surely been obvious because a slide/time stamp would’ve been missing!!! I just don’t like how they’re dragging it out. It makes it unbearable to watch

totally done with the Ruby, Stacey storyline. Totally unrealistic. Obviously it's to lead the way for Stacey's character to go onto maternity leave, but please. Ruby is unbearable and Martin has become a wet lettuce!
