Just read the comments section of an EE fan page about Alfie's upcoming storyline. Literally everyone has mentioned they never actually ended his brain tumour storyline! I bet the writer's suddenly realised they hadn't finalised it and decided to throw it in

I reckon Whitney will leave on her own with lily's baby. Lily will try and raise it but realise motherhood is not for her and Stacey will put up a fight elongating the story line until shona leaves
