In the “leaked script” they’ve spelled Chelsea wrong 😑

Sorry for the spoilers but CHELSEY is actually a new character. It turns out Denise had twins but couldn’t afford to keep them both, so she gave up CHELSEY for adoption (yes her name is all caps). Anyway, CHELSEY comes back to the square and falls in love with Raymond, who has a new head and is in his mid-20s now but they find out they are siblings on Christmas Day when Phil leaves an anonymous letter in a mince pie.

That episode had me bawling my eyes out. Haven’t cried since her death ep, this had my nose blocked up again 😂 I think it was beautiful despite a few cringe moments and Callum’s 😔 face in the background most of the time - I think they all acted brilliantly

I was scared when he left the barbecue that he was going to kill himself but I think seeing the video stopped him. Hopefully we just see him grieving Lola and he isn’t pushed into a new relationship straight away.
I thought that too!!

Sobbing like a baby.

I was 11 when my mum died, and it was really hard on us all. I remember the first time I caught my dad cry a few months afterwards.

That song, “Forever Young” just gets me every time. I think the actress who plays Lexi played a blinder tonight.
Lexi was good.

You're all making me feel like a right heartless bastard because I didn't shed a tear over Lola's funeral :ROFLMAO:

Neither did I it was OTT sugarcoated. I haven't been watching EE for that long what kind of character was Lola before her brain tumour?

Of course! It’s so obvious, why didn’t I consider that? 😂

The emotion and grief from Jamie Borthwick is palpable. He’s done an incredible job. I really hope the character will be ok as it seems they are hinting towards him just wanting to reunite with Lola (especially when he asked the vicar about if she thought it happened). Him watching the video at the end and the last shot of him crying was heartbreaking.

Adored Lexi’s speech with there’s no time to be sad. I imagine it’s true about Patsy Kensit’s character coming back and trying to take Lexi. The way Honey looked when she ran back out of the funeral makes me think that’s not the last we’ll see of her.
