I don't know if it's a gastric band but she definitely looks a bit frail now. I thought, on yesterday's episode she looked as if she'd had something done to her face, her skin looked smoother and rejuvenated, less weathered but not over the top like she's had loads of fillers.

Shazza looks bloody amazing. Her face has gone a bit wrinkly though. This is why I like my fat face - balloons don't wrinkle!

I think she made it obvious by having a lengthy break from the show and coming back skinny. If she had done it through exercise and healthy eating she wouldn't have needed a break from the show to visit Michelle and we'd have seen a gradual weight loss on screen.

He popped up on an episode of Doctors a few weeks back and I couldn't believe it was him. Totally outing myself as probably one of only about 5 people in the UK who watch Doctors, be kind 🫣
 
Letitia Dean is a beautiful lady , and I don’t like to comment on peoples bodies but I genuinely do think she was a lot better when she was her actual weight. She looked younger, healthier and happier. I believe she may have had surgery of some sort, and perhaps she feels happier now but as someone with a previous ED - I felt much worse when I was skinnier. You can never fully convince yourself you’ve lost enough, I’m worried she’s just going to keep losing and losing it even after having lost so much. Seeing her on screen makes me so uncomfy, her legs look like they’ll snap at any second , it just doesn’t look right ! I wish she could have loved herself the way she was, or at least lost some weight in a healthy way rather than so much in one go. It’s horrifying and I hope she’s doing okay mentally, she genuinely looks exhausted but that could just be from losing face weight. Poor shazza
 
Whitless really pissed me off last night with her reaction to Zack having HIV. No sympathy from her, it was all me me me. Demanding that he should have told her when they're not even in a relationship together 🙄

After claiming that she loved him she didn't ask how he was. She justified all of Zacks fears with that reaction.
 
I don’t think Shazza had a gastric band. She looks like she’s been on the Ozempic to me. It’s the gaunt face and very skinny legs that all the celeb women who’ve had sudden weight losses recently seem to have. But I do think she’s also had a facelift, as her face is much smoother than her neck and there’s no saggy skin despite losing weight. That or a shit load of fillers.
