We have a statue in Glasgow that always has at least one cone and itā€™s 100% an unofficial icon of the city. I love that somewhere else also has an iconic traffic cone statue! Ours is the Duke of Wellington and he usually has a cone on his own head and on his horses head!

Loving all the queens so far this year but opinions can changeā€¦ šŸ˜‚ itā€™s weird thinking back to when they would have been filming this and what the covid situation was then.
 
I enjoyed the show. I didn't like any of the queens when I watched the Meet The Queens intro, but in this first episode I really liked them and I'm looking forward to watching this series.

I thought the right queen left however. Constant gurning is not a talent, poor thing. Ah well, she'll learn.

And Krystal totally has Raven's face. It'll be interesting to see if Raven makes another mentoring appearance and points it out.
 
So far, I like all the queens except Krystal and think this is going to be another incredibly talented and likeable cast like DRUK2 where it's hard to say goodbye each week.
Krystal, yeah... she reminds me of a certain type of (usually american) queen that is really image focused and arrogant; no doubt she is talented, but doesn't appeal to me at all. I could be wrong though, it's early days!
 
Liked Charity Kase though she was a bit shady (but not wrong) when questioning why she was safe - the effort she put into her looks should have probably landed her in the top.
Not feeling Krystal at all - her second look in particular was amazing but seen lots of those queens over the years and sheā€™s gonna need a lot more than looks to go far (which to be fair she may have). Also - potentially controversial opinion, but I always find it really sad when queens get that much work done. And sheā€™s only 19! Obviously itā€™s her choice - I just find it off-putting.

Choriza May made me laugh with her intro chat, but my fave was def River Medway due to that statue - was pissing myself laughing! She also seems really sweet. But as others have pointed out this could all changeā€¦
 
Loved Choriza May, Victoria Scone looked amazing. The bottom 3 was right. Medway saved herself by sheer personality. The statue was dumb but made it funny . The Other 2 needed to try harder. Makeup Halloween basic, mediocre costumes. The horror clown drag was a bit much for me, I like drag to be attractive not a sideshow no matter how well executed. Otherwise loving the rest! Veronica's comeback was a bit meh, not sure she will survive for too long given the competition.
 
I didn't rate Veronica Green in the last series and I think she looked like the weakest drag when all of the queens were sat together at the beginning. Her return has been way over hyped - I don't think she's a threat at all.

I LOVE Choriza May! I hope she doesn't change my mind as the series progresses.

I'm not sure I understand Charity Kases drag? The artistry and execution is undeniably amazing but I was getting horror fancy dress rather than a strong drag look. Maybe my taste is old fashioned! šŸ˜† I hope she serves some different looks in the coming weeks and isn't a one trick pony like Joe Black.
