Can a PAYEE worker do cosmetic surgery like that and continue to be paid? She must feel very insecure about her body to do that - I doubt that she has much loose skin. As someone who just went through cancer surgery it feels so unnecessary - but each to their own!

It would entirely depend on your employer’s company policy or at their discretion depending on the business. It’s not a definite yes or no. She’s self employed though so it’s up to her.
