I’m not buying any of it. If they had a holiday pre booked and would lose money by not going ahead with it I can understand them biting the bullet and going ahead with it. BUT you wouldn’t be in the lounge together, you would be sat in the next row on the flight, and when you got to Disney you would go you’re separate ways in the morning and not need to see eachother until the end of the day.
Whatever they’re doing it’s complete bullshit.
Also, her photos and the screenshots of her from her blogs are the most dreary I’ve ever seen. She can’t help her looks but bleeping hell it’s all so depressing.

So are any of the usual suspects out there at the moment? The possible hurricane is looking to be a bad one. I really hope everyone stays safe but I really don’t want to see imbeciles prancing around a park the next day saying how quiet it is and how awesome that is when people could have lost their homes or worse!

Quite a few are out there at the moment actually - L&S, Rollon (deodorant) Holidays, Crystal Nancy Olivia. It’ll be very interesting to see how they behave through all this and also in the aftermath. It’s odd that (as far as I can see) not one of them appears to have even mentioned it on Instagram, I suppose they wouldn’t want a pesky hurricane to ruin their aesthetic!

That was the time he flew out on purpose, to be there for the hurricane as @Nadurath said just for content. He went out in the cat to Walmart when they had been told to stay in and kept commenting how he'd never seen it so quiet before

They are pointless, the storage fees and the pickup and drop off fees can make it more expensive that just buying new items every time you go out there. The ONLY reason to have one is if you are keeping something fairly expensive and bulky over there (seen people keep coffee machines) and flying hand luggage only

She’s never been the best looking and always a bit of a state, but when she was bigger she looked alive at least and not as depressing

Putting aside the terrible disruption and danger to the locals who have to live and work there, you do have to question Disney’s decision to put a theme park in the swampy, bug-ridden, alligator infested, weather disaster-prone state of Florida.
And then to repeat the mistake to stick DLP on a site that’s freezing in winter and which operates in a language spoken by half the number of people worldwide that speak Spanish.

The answer is def $$$ certainly with Florida, I think with Europe though Spain wasn't "sexy" enough for the US overlords. Most of the US when you say Europe think London, Paris or Italy. London too expensive, Italy too corrupt at the time, so Paris it was.

What they didn't think of was that most of France at the time (not so much nowadays) didn't care less for Disney, especially Parisians.

What I never get is why with "EuroDisney" they didn't play on the fact that most of their stories are based from European stories and you could have had loads of languages being spoken a couple of examples, Snow White - German, Beauty and the Beast - French, Little Mermaid - Danish. I suppose it would have been confusing but I think it would have been a truly European Disney Park and really unique as well as maybe dare I say it educational.
