Combs directly contacted a victim last November multiple times, and via intermedaries; recorded a conversation on another person's device.
Combs outreached to a witness he hadn't been in contact with for years after the grand jury subpoena.
US v. Lafontaine cited (case where defendant fed a false narrative).
Combs tried contacting Kalenna Harper 128 times regarding Dawn Richard's lawsuit.
Combs' lawyer victim-blaming Cassie, saying that she went into rehab around the time Combs sought treatment for "drug addiction and anger".
Combs' lawyer implying Cassie's assault is irrelevant when judge asked regarding dangerousness because "it's not sex trafficking".

Bail DENIED. Judge says Govt have proven Diddy is a danger, and the bail package is insufficient even on risk of flight.

i cannot believe he tried to offer a 'visitor log book' and "no female visitors"
seriously did that ever stop him before? I think the judge said something along the lines of he's committed all of this behind closed doors so any bit of freedom he has will be a risk to others and more specifically the case. the flight risk maybe a thing, but more specifically they are concerned about witnesses going missing or being intimidated.
really pisses me off because his network is so large, he can still probably intimidate behind bars
men like that dont let go of ego an power, ever.
 
I believe anyone who is well known in entertainment is severely compromised. They sold their soul & pay their dues via evil, sadistic rituals. Sean answers to someone much higher than he is. As do others. I hope & pray those at the top of the pyramid come crashing down.
Don't think it's just entertainment, this extends much further than what one could ever fathom.

Yeah, I did not have time today to follow more news but honestly since I read about not just these tons of lube/babyoil but also IV fluids being found during raids and rumours it was used for people who were "partying" with him/for him for days to bring them back from exhaustion/dehydration I can't stop thinking about it. personally I prefer reading the legal docs because many people miss just how specific they get
in short his employees were responsible for booking hotels, stocking them, cleaning them, and resupplying them for days
but you know always looking out for them with IV fluids on tap with the drugs and lube
so glad they changed the linens

its absolutely terrifying to think that people in 2008/9 who saw him as a legit person in the industry were basically stuck under his intimidation until just recently.
that is why it is targeted and not just oh he was having parties.
 
He just lost the appeal about bail, will remain detained for now.
They tried to covince the judge he is no risk of threatening witnesses (the bail "package" from yesterday was more about no risk of fleeing), offering he would stay at home, in one location, with security, monitoring of who visits, with no cell phone or internet, so he could not contact the witnesses. Looks like they felt out of arguments as they went way back and his attorney said "he was an actual altar boy". No comment. All this did not work, I guess now the question is where he will be detained.

Oh, and allegedly prosecution mentioned already after yesterday some new people contacted them saying they have info.

I think there may have been celebrities there in the beginning, but it seems the real victims were the up and coming ones.
I'm seeing it like he'd have his recording/record people around at a party. mix in a few hired sex workers he knew could handle the job
and then invite those up and coming people to literally eliminate them before they were a problem.

i know everyone keeps checking here thinking its all names to pin it back on, but the truth is, like epstein, its not just a book of high powered names. most of these weren't well known because the point was to stop them from having success . From what was said by some people, you knew when to leave those parties before the freak offs. unfortunately the victims appear to have been drugged and distracted at that point. by the time they were in a freak off, they already had their career ended and controlled
I think he did this with anyone he saw as a threat, not just women.

the southern district of NY isn't playing around with these charges. they've been building this for nearly 20 years
the 'enterprise' is his employees. those are the ones they want to flip. already subpoenaed his security staff. apparently his staff were also victims because he relied on them to control the freak off victims using the same intimidation.

whatever video was recovered can no longer be used by diddy as blackmail
the ones worried should be the ones who did business with him and the money that can be traced back to "Combs Enterprises". their money contributed to this crime
