thanks for the detailed run down.Breakdown of his hearing today:
"Freak-offs" began in 2009 and continued until this year. Arranged with his entourage, women given GHB, ketamine "and other narcotics".
Combs was due to leave the hotel he was staying at yesterday due to prior reservations, but had booked another hotel.
Total of six guns seized in the raids on his properties. His head of security has been served with a subpoena.
During assault on Cassie, there was at least one sex worker in the room. After the assault, he text Cassie saying cops were there and asked her if she'd abandon him.
As per victims' testimonies, prosecution allege Combs recorded the "freak-offs" for extortion and blackmail purposes.
Multiple witnesses testified to hearing Combs brag about his role in blowing up Kid Cudi's car.
At least "half a dozen" escorts took part in the "freak-offs", with that number "just the tip of the iceberg". Investigation ongoing.
Defence argue anyone present at "freak-offs" wanted to be there; prosecution say witnesses saw victims' heads slammed against car windows.
Witnesses express "extreme" fear of Combs.
Combs directly contacted a victim last November multiple times, and via intermedaries; recorded a conversation on another person's device.
Combs outreached to a witness he hadn't been in contact with for years after the grand jury subpoena.
US v. Lafontaine cited (case where defendant fed a false narrative).
Combs tried contacting Kalenna Harper 128 times regarding Dawn Richard's lawsuit.
Combs' lawyer victim-blaming Cassie, saying that she went into rehab around the time Combs sought treatment for "drug addiction and anger".
Combs' lawyer implying Cassie's assault is irrelevant when judge asked regarding dangerousness because "it's not sex trafficking".
Bail DENIED. Judge says Govt have proven Diddy is a danger, and the bail package is insufficient even on risk of flight.
Source: @InnerCityPress' live Tweeting (and @MeghannCunliff for the news that he was due to leave the hotel he was staying at yesterday). Sorry for how messy this is - I was going as fast as I could! And it's still ongoing, but I've got to be up at the crack of dawn tomorrow, so I'm out!
ah yes here is the specific segmentYeah, I did not have time today to follow more news but honestly since I read about not just these tons of lube/babyoil but also IV fluids being found during raids and rumours it was used for people who were "partying" with him/for him for days to bring them back from exhaustion/dehydration I can't stop thinking about it. This whole case is so bad and I feel it will be only getting worse.
yes 100% yes this is the clearest part in the indictment. So have other celebs been at these freak offs? Making him another epstein
WOW what a complete monster, more fool anyone even taking part! Lots of people will likely want this whole mess to go away quietly I betyes 100% yes this is the clearest part in the indictment.

its absolutely terrifying to think that people in 2008/9 who saw him as a legit person in the industry were basically stuck under his intimidation until just recently.WOW what a complete monster, more fool anyone even taking part! Lots of people will likely want this whole mess to go away quietly I bet
I think there may have been celebrities there in the beginning, but it seems the real victims were the up and coming ones. There must have been other celebrities at these Freak Offs? Sounds like tip of the iceberg and some prominent people must be peeing their pants
the southern district of NY isn't playing around with these charges. they've been building this for nearly 20 yearsHe just lost the appeal about bail, will remain detained for now.
They tried to covince the judge he is no risk of threatening witnesses (the bail "package" from yesterday was more about no risk of fleeing), offering he would stay at home, in one location, with security, monitoring of who visits, with no cell phone or internet, so he could not contact the witnesses. Looks like they felt out of arguments as they went way back and his attorney said "he was an actual altar boy". No comment. All this did not work, I guess now the question is where he will be detained.
Oh, and allegedly prosecution mentioned already after yesterday some new people contacted them saying they have info.
Bail has been refused. Have fun in the showers now and don't drop the soap
From what I’ve read about him over the years this is no punishment.Bail has been refused. Have fun in the showers now and don't drop the soap
Who's next to fall in this deck of cards?
Will he be 'Epsteined'?
for people like him, the loss of freedom is something they cannot even conceive ofFrom what I’ve read about him over the years this is no punishment.
I mean i'd say they are less worried because he is no longer able to hold things over themYes, good point. The loss of control he had must be driving him insane. Everyone who went to one of his ‘parties’ must be worried right now.
After Epstein they have definitely increased the security. Still corrupt but they are better with the oops suicides nowwell now he is in prison he can show everybody the big tough gangster he is
Biggie shaking his head somewhere right nowbloody gteat news
