J Zed and Diddy accused of raping a 13 yr old girl

Hip-hop star Jay-Z has been accused of allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl with Sean “Diddy” Combs at a VMAs afterparty in New York two decades ago, a bombshell lawsuit claims.

The alleged victim — only identified as “Jane Doe” — leveled the disturbing allegation in a civil lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York on Sunday, NBC reported.


The suit was originally filed in October against Combs but has now been re-filed to include Jay-Z — whose real name is Shawn Carter, according to the outlet

I don't think Jay Z can use his power and money to crush his way out of this one.

So many have been waiting for this. No surprise he's gone with my poor wife and children in his statement.

Jay-Z released a statement after being accused in a lawsuit of raping a 13-year-old girl with Diddy.

In the statement, the 55-year-old hip-hop star denies the accusations and questions the attorney Tony Buzzbee associated with the lawsuit.

He accuses the attorney of blackmail and extortion.



"No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!"



The lawsuit also alleges that while Carter and Comb took turns assaulting her, an unnamed female celebrity watched.

Jay-Z continued saying, "These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case."

My only heartbreak is for my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn yet another loss of innocence. Children should not have to endure such at their young age. It is unfair to have to try to understand inexplicable degrees of malice meant to destroy families and human spirit.

Combs, who would have been 30 years old at the time, then allegedly attempted to force the girl to perform oral sex on him. He stopped after she hit him in the neck, according to the lawsuit.

Carter ended the statement by saying that the lawyer made a ‘terrible error in judgment thinking."

“We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable. It's so oddly worded that statement.
Comes across as , I, Jay Z, protector of children. Look I am worried about my own children and all children.

Yes, Jay, you may not play those games but 2004 MTV VMA ceremony was your first red carpet, announcing new relationship with Beyoncé- who was 18 when Jay Z was calling her beautiful and saying who wouldn't want a girlfriend like that? ...not many 30 year old men!

I think Jay Z knows of what else could be coming if Diddy sings or the many many others that seem involved. Create a big show of innocence, claim the poor wife did not know anything...I bet there is unbelievable amounts of money being transferred to lawyers and trust funds right now!
 
So many times when someone is rightfully being exposed they use children and their wife as a fireguard. It makes me think if he was totally innocent why would he bring them up.

The bit in the statement about it being civil rather than criminal - isn't that due to the statute of limitation.

If I had no opinion either way the odd statement would make me really question him.
 
I mean, just to play devil's advocate here - given this is alleged to have occurred before Bey + Jay started dating, if she genuinely had no idea about this and is hearing it for the first time alongside all of us, I can't imagine what must be going through her mind.

But then, they have been associated with Diddy for years - especially him - so it kind of begs the question, how could she not have known?
 
I think there has been enough chitter chatter going on about Jay since a long time ago.
Surely Beyoncé knew? Then again if she didn't know about Becky with the good hair...

Reading that Jay Z statement again...like Alan Dershowitz put it through ChatGPT and this was the best version! Just a brief 'All allegations are false, see you in court' that would suffice!

So for childhood abuse the victim has until they are 40 to press criminal charges in California. She is 37 so yes could still go to trial if she wanted it to.

I doubt she's the only victim and there's been a lot of talk about z's dodge behaviour for years.
This could be why the usually silent B was suddenly saying everyone should vote Kamala.
 
I just looked all their ages up, so though I would share. Jay Z, Diddy and J Lo were all born in '69, putting them at 30/31 at the 2000 VMAs. Mary J Blige is slightly younger, born in '71. So, power dynamic aside, I would think that's not really too young to nope out if they saw something they didn't agree with.
