It is illegal to film someone having sex and sell the tape without their permission even if they are over 18. You are essentially making porn without the other persons consent. It is 100% illegal.

I'm interested that so many people are surprised that there's accusations against Snoop and Dre. While I certainly hope they've changed with age, Snoop has faced a murder charge, and both Snoop and Dre have faced sexual assault allegations. Dre has also had DV allegations, and not isolated incident sort of allegations.

Hip hop is an industry that has been more open with the denigration of women than most.

i think a lot of it from snoop’s side comes from how well he’s rebranded himself as a sort of fun uncle figure who everyone feels quite fondly about (he was literally front and centre of the us’ olympic coverage). when you think that they had an actual card carrying member of the crips doing the torch handover to la it’s wild 🤣 but most of the general public think of him as fun snoop rather than the incredibly dark past he has so i do get some level of surprise.

the accusations against dre should be a surprise to no one though. like you say, not in any way isolated occurrences either. he freely admitted to most of the domestic violence allegations and used “women” plural when he apologised.

To be fair, that's an American national treasure - Snoop's hardly the only celeb with current adulation who's had criminal dealings and sexual assault allegations. Hell, he's managed to avoid any felony charges sticking, which is more than some at the top can boast. Seems the public can turn a blind eye to crimes if they like someone's appearances on telly.

At this point I'm almost shocked and impressed when a celeb doesn't have allegations come out. But it's just interesting to me to see that people are so unaware of the pasts of the celebs being named. Particularly those who have been rather up front about the lives they've lived and just how much pain that's caused others.

Lucian Grange is creepy af. He was quick to paint himself as a would be saviour of Amy Winehouse in the Kapadia documentary but reality is he used her and turned his back like the rest of them when it was obvious she was in terminal decline.

Im not a Winehouse fan btw, why would I wanna listen to Diet Billie Holiday when I could just listen to Actual Billie Holiday, my point is just that Grange moved damn quickly to cover up his tracks on that one

I thought TMZ were offering the highest for a Diddy tape, one where the celebrity is not 'participating' and not aware they are being filmed.

That is the thing, IF it is legit...a lot of these Hollywood lawyers will be working overtime!
Jada has been shady from the start-allegedly 'dating' Chris from Kriss Kross when she was 22 and he was 15, then the 'entanglement' with her son's friend...along with rumours of her knowing what happened to TuPac!
Long rumoured Jada and Will have an open marriage, well a 'lavender' marriage, I suppose.
