The street is already unhappy with his moving in. It's one of the more affluent areas of town. Some of the houses are cracking (his new one included just a shame about the new owner) I commented on a post on TT that the house was bought and snootily got told it's leased for 2yrs lol. PO of the house told me from her own mouth that he bought the house so how can it be leased for 2yrs? It confused me lol

Yes I read earlier that it was leased for two years. Glad you heard it from the "horse's mouth". x

That person can pay £3 & see who is on the title deeds if they want. Its disgusting he has been able to buy such a house with other peoples money, hope all these thirsty single mothers & beasty loving guys are happy with themselves.

That's why I didn't want to post anything until I had spoken to previous owner as I know how quickly tiktok rumours can grow arms and legs.

I said a few weeks ago he bought the house and I was talking bullshit too! Pal got a copy of the legal report but it’s got the sellers details but you can confirm they are the MDs. Don’t want to put it here as it’s not fair of on them. She will check the title which will show exactly how he did it but got to be cash or at very least huge cash deposit x

I only twigged who's home it was when I saw the pics on the account that shared them as I had shared the home when it was in the selling process and I recognised the garage colour

it should be less than 6 months. Sure it only takes a month or 2 for the land registry to be updated

When my partner sold his house he said his old friend would be able to find out how much it sold for in 6 months from when it sold. I don't know how it all works tbh so it could well be sooner than 6 months
