She is low b12, iron and vitamin D. She didn’t say deficient. As someone who is deficient in b12 and iron, if the b12 was severely low (anything under 200 for context is deficient, mine was 47) you get injections not a prescription and are usually on them for life. Iron can be bought from a chemist as I get it. Don’t need a prescription. Same with vitamin D. Most probably cause is the veganism and not eating the correct diets or consuming the right vitamins/nutrients
