Can I just say - as a veggie I would never willingly touch and prepare raw meat, let alone cook vegan stuff and meat in the oven both at the same time. You wouldn't catch me putting a tray full of chicken on the top shelf and another tray on the bottom with potatoes for myself to eat - it will all have cooked in the meaty air and smell! I'm just surprised that someone who's been vegan for 3 years is fine with cooking like this.
