Jess's Ibiza vlog already has 88k views. huge for a small channel and only up a month.
Protein fills you up for longer so in fairness in order to lower the amount the two of them binge, it’s probably a good thing really. Hope it was just made with water though or they’ll both be shitting through the eye of a needle
Don't people mostly use protein after gym sessionsIt does but if you are having it as an extra along with all your normal meals, which is clearly what they are doing, it’s just added calories which is the last thing that pair needs!
There really isn’t that much calories wise in a scoop of protein powder? It does but if you are having it as an extra along with all your normal meals, which is clearly what they are doing, it’s just added calories which is the last thing that pair needs!
Yes, for muscle repair. Demi is 100% body fat at this rate so it won’t be doing much for her.Don't people mostly use protein after gym sessions
They really aren’t cutting down drastically though. Sean literally had two main meals plus a side from the takeaway. There really isn’t that much calories wise in a scoop of protein powder?
If they’re upping how much they’re moving but decreasing how much they’re eating, they still need to be having enough calories to fuel themselves. Cutting down drastically is where people go horrendously wrong.
The majority of people would use protein shakes for meal replacement or for after exercise. This is why they fail because they actually don't know what they are doing.I do weight watchers too and I buy pre made protein shakes which are only 2 points and 150 calories so it’s not too bad. I sometimes put the shake into cereal instead of milk to keep me full till lunch during work. I’d never have a shake with my evening meal that’s just such a strange combo
This is them thinking protein shakes are healthy - we need to have them in our diets. They’re both clueless when it comes to diet and exercise they’ll get nowhere without tracking anything.
Absolutely. Protein shakes can be quite high in calories and as you say are usually used as a meal replacement or to aid recovery after an intense workout. These two sloths are doing neither so will end up with an extreme case of protein belly because they’re just drinking a load of extra unnecessary calories. They should be reducing portion size, eating more protein and reducing snacking in between meals. The pair of them are so over weight they could easily lose a stone or two by just stopping snacks in between their meals and cutting out fizzy pop.The majority of people would use protein shakes for meal replacement or for after exercise. I agree, nobody needs to snack well unless you've been told to by a doctor. They have enough weight on them to get by. It's pure greed. She should be on 2000 cal a day & him 2500 cal a day so I believe. They both eat in excess of 3000-4000 cals a day. Then the booze on top of that. Easily on one of there pure binge days they could be on double that amount. They don't need protein shakes, they need a dietitian and a fitness expert.Absolutely. As much as that is definitely still over eating, if they maintain a deficit during the week they can afford to use the extra calories and at least eat at a maintenance when they have a takeaway. Although they do 100% need to make better choices even when they have a takeaway.Yes, for muscle repair. Demi is 100% body fat at this rate so it won’t be doing much for her.

I had 2 takeaways and a Nando’s last weekend and I still feel guilty. There should never be such a thing as “cheat meals” it just encourages disordered eating and bad relationships with food.
Okay but can we not skip meals to “claw back calories” as this is the signs of an eating disorder! I’m sure you’re absolutely beautiful and please don’t feel guilty about a cheat meal!I had 2 takeaways and a Nando’s last weekend and I still feel guilty. Mate, please don’t feel guilty. Some weeks are just like that. Life would be boring if we stuck to a diet all the time. I can imagine the Nando’s was tastier than some boiled veg.I had 2 takeaways and a Nando’s last weekend and I still feel guilty. Who hell as protein shake with there dinner .
