I have a scalloped tongue and every time I see someone say Demi has one and it’s probably down to something really serious I worry I’m 75% sure mine is because of my constant teeth grinding/TMJ but my health anxiety says otherwise

My son grinds his teeth, he has a lot of sleep problems too. It does say it could be a vit B deficiency too.
