Where I live you'd be over 300k for a 4 bed detached, even if it wasn't in good condition

I can’t believe she’s slung them in daycare when she doesn’t even work! She’s literally at home all day long.
Yes socialisation is extremely important but there are other ways to access it whilst being a part of it

They paid either 265k or 275k, if you google the house I’m sure it’s number 19 and it tells you how much it sold for.

also just wanted to be clear I’m not exposing her address on tattle. she did that herself when she told everyone where she was moving to and showed a video of the outside of the house.

I'm just shocked that they had to do so much to it for that much.I live around 15 miles from them and my partner and I are buying a 4 bed detached with much more outside land etc and it's costing us 235k, that's why I was so surprised...

I searched 4 bed detached house bbq hut Killingworth. Stick it on google images and the full address comes up. You can then search house prices for that street. Again, nothing she didn’t make public knowledge herself so hopefully I’m not breaking any rules!

I can’t understand how that’s supposed to be one days worth of ‘mess’ in her kitchen.
I cook two meals a day, from scratch, feed all my animals (5) in the kitchen and it has NEVER looked like that.
She literally goes in there to get a pre packaged sandwich and a ginsters pasty and it’s a tit tip.

I honestly think it would work if she bought a decent shirt dress that’s purpose is to cover your arse not this crappy beach cover up.
