I totally agree. Or think potentially she’s been ignored and not challenged enough growing up. We see how defensive she is whenever she’s challenged on her comments, or just how defensive she is in general. I think in most cases the defensiveness would come from a lack of practice at handling criticism? She hasn’t been able to get this from being at work cos she barely has worked a traditional job.

She seems like she’s been lost in her own head and bubble all her life, her family not particularly paying her loads of attention and having vague small talk type interactions with her most of the time as opposed to her actually being parented. Sort of left to her own devices? Hope this makes sense. Either way she’s an adult now and needs to hold herself accountable for her behaviour and actions

I just feel an insidious undertone to all this, maybe it is her defensiveness and she isn't equipped to deal with criticism or maybe I don't believe her values of self worth. There's something really off and dare I say fake, almost like she's found a subject people relate to or respond well to and shes using it to her advantage. I just don't believe her, I don't believe shes happy or content in herself.

I think you are absolutely right. She lacks real life skills and doesn’t have the insight to acknowledge this and set about learning and developing. She seems very much stuck in early teenage years in developmental terms. I also think she has a massive inferiority complex and it all just comes out in the vomit inducing mess that is Demi.

ironically, if she faced up to her own shortcomings and built some videos around addressing them, there’s a chance of some half decent watchable content.

It would she doesn’t seem to have any school friends apart from Ashleigh and she’s pretty rude to her in that holiday vlog from a few years back! But on the other hand not the same but remember her video with the gymnast Craig Heap? She seemed to struggle to interact with him she seemed awkward. She gave the impression to me that she wasn’t listening to what he was saying and waiting for him to finish talking so she could lol..
