Yeah I really don’t buy that kind of justification for buying something designer. There’s no way she would ever be honest and say I buy designer because that’s what I grew up wearing and that’s all I know! Or I like to buy designer and I can afford to, so why not.
We all know that even New Look or ASOS can often last 5 years if you look after the item, so what she’s saying makes no sense.
I personally love a designer item and I fully admit to it, but with the few designer items I own, I know they are extravagances that I could have got for much cheaper and same quality without the brand names and I would never pretend it’s anything different to that. This is just another side of her deception and her followers need to wake up to her BS.

I literally have topshop/accessorize things I got 20 years ago, 5 years really is not a long shelf life at all
 
I don't know how she wears such expensive items around kids and while cooking sloppy food- I would need a tub of vanish permanently attached to my hip! I have a lot of clothes that have lasted a decade which I bought as a student from charity shops, Primark and new look and are still going strong. I'd never buy something NOT intending to keep it for five years! I don't even really understand the mindset that they think they are doing something new by buying clothes to wear for a few years, shows how much they usually throw out I guess!

Because she doesn’t cook any of it herself. There’s a recipe developer for the restaurant, app recipes and products. There’s the nanny at home to cook them dinner.

Most of the clothes I have owned for a few years and that are good quality are from charity shops. Some of them I have been wearing A LOT and they still look good. I don’t understand why Ella feels like buying expensive clothes just because they last longer is a good enough excuse. Also, the fact that she feels like she has to explain her choices proves that she subconsciously knows that there are other ways and she just seeks a pat on her shoulder and a validation that ‘don’t worry, we completely understand that buying luxury stuff is so much more ethical than spending the money at H&M’. She could easily promote buying second hand for the environment - especially that being eco friendly was for a long time something that she used to brag about. Now it’s all about getting £400 jumpers and a million coffee cups just to find ‘the one’. And I’m sure she gets Amazon like every second day so I guess being eco friendly is passé. She has changed for even worse this woman.

Which story is that? I saw her one about how unfit she is and how grumpy it makes her... She can't keep her story straight can she? It's either all sunshine and rainbows, high energy and completely zen mood wise for the past few months due to (insert yoga/garlicky mushrooms here) and then she will come out with a story about how she hasn't exercised in months and feels awful due to that.

This… I’m sorry I’m not buying that she only has one yoga mat or that they keep the potties like this in the middle of the bathroom OR that truly a potty was the only thing to use for propping up her phone.

Poor Ella, her life is sooooo hard!!!!! 😂🤦😂 I will immediately set up a just giving page for her so she can finally afford a second yoga mat, a tripod and a yoga studio in her little mansion...What a C***t seriously she is by never reading the f*****g room! 😡🤡😡
