I put on weight following what she said and eating all the full fat stuff it all got to much trying to eat clean but hit your protein goal eat what you want in time window as long as clean if you fast. I think it all works for her cause she manic runs and excuses tit loads and fasts so long just eats one me a day and for some people it’s not as easy to just do that. I work 6am-4pm and on my feet all day and found it so hard when working to stick to it all. I’m currently lost with it all and need to get back to just healthy eating cause fallen right off track
