You should read the replies about not wearing spf or sunglasses. She's in the middle east sunbathing with no SPF.
I can’t imagine going on holiday to spend all day inside in the gym. She’s so distorted in her message, I can’t understand how people don’t see this! She looks to lead a miserable existence. She looks well happy for someone that's on holiday.....moan moan bloody moan. Of course its about the food......the obsession is real.........her face looks a nice shade of red.......she's such a mood sponge......I couldn't be around her.......she's only happy when she's focusing all her attention on herself, she's probably not enjoying looking after her own kids as doorMatt isn't there to do childcare.
Good god, why cant she just chill the duck out! I get that some people might go the gym on hols etc. But this constant health stuff, taking powders ie - so not to eat kids left overs etc. I mean that hotel looks amazing, im sure theres loads of healthy options for her to eat. Honest she gives me fuckin anxiety!! I feel like my heads spins when i watch her stories
Totally agree.. i forgot to mention the sunscreen too! As previous posters have said, she has gone from one addiction to another. She is manic and obsessive. If she’s an advert for being healthy then I’m not interested - her life looks bleeping miserable! I bet Matthew is glad of the break from her.
With regards to her not wearing sunscreen, I hope she puts it on her kids. She’s an idiot.
Yeah she’s burnt for sure. Did she actually say she didn’t wear spf? I wonder if the boys do as they are very pale so I hope so
Her skin looks a million times better than mine and I wear SPF50 every bleeping day.
The simple fact is though her skin is amazing, because her bone structure is. Right now, as she is she looks stunning. As for the skin cancer risk; scientifically it’s a genuine debate. Sun exposure when done sensibly offers huge mental and physical health benefits. Sun cream, well there is growing evidence to suggest it’s actually carcinogenicShe can afford regular treatments, Botox, fillers etc. it will catch up with her eventually! Not to mention the skin cancer risk, she’s pretty fair skinned.

She does have very good bone structure, but I don’t think bone structure and skin are related to be honest, they’re two separate things. You could have amazing bone structure and terrible skin.
With regards to sun exposure, I’m not sure her approach is sensible. I’ve heard about SPF potentially being carcinogenic, although I’m not sure anything is proven and pretty much everything seems to be linked to cancer nowadays
Apologies I should have been more specific. Of course you can have great bone structure and terrible skin, but in Davinia’s case she’s got excellent cheekbones and strong jawline that are keeping her skin taught. It won’t be forever, but it does give a more youthful appearance than someone who has zero cheekbones etc.She does have very good bone structure, but I don’t think bone structure and skin are related to be honest, they’re two separate things. As for the sun and SPF, it’s ok to do disagree. I don’t wear SPF at all, but that said I don’t sit in the baking heat either.
No, was tempted to get it. Might have a look in the library as I'm not keen buying books endorsed by celebs.Does anyone have her new book?
