Unfortunately nothing! My insta name is almost the same as my username on here......never thought about it when I joined.
I did have a second account so I could see people who blocked me but stupidly left my profile pic on a post on here then The Lodge Guys blocked that one and passed their 'blocking list' to others and here we are! The best bit is that TLG would have had to have searched for me as no name was on the post, just the picture
