Not sure that "getting the girl" is the right idea for a pairing with 16 years age difference and where one coud still pass as a teenager.

I'm confused as to how Ashley has managed 5 years on the panel with no skating expertise or anything interesting in the way of commentary.

Oti isn't the best judge ever but at least has some personality and I suppose she is kinda flavour of the month at the moment.

Agreed. Normally wouldn't say that 16 years is a bad difference for a dance/skating partnership but he comes off younger than his age so it doesn't work.
