Totally agree with the above. I believe all Directorships have to be linked because of fraud.

And just to put the cat among the pigeons, someone has just messaged me saying their payments were actually taken by Life Changing Fitness?!

The mind boggles. It doesn't seem right but as I am not clued up on all this stuff I am hoping one of you lot can help?

His first record is for Daniel David Peter Wheeler & this should have been used for everything, so all activity on one record/name. Under this record he's Director for Daniel Wheeler Limited, old home address Bracken Close, Bookham, Leatherhead. This shows his 2 previous dissolved companies - U Turn Clothing & SEO Consultancy Services (Web designer).

But he's also Secretary for DW Ltd., under a different record for just Daniel Wheeler, Bracken Close.

The 80/20 Lifestyle Plan Limited, company no.13288906 & The 80/20 Lifestyle Limited, no.13391668 - both have him as Director under another director record for Daniel Wheeler, London Road, East Grinstead - old office/accountant address

Like I said, a mess! 😳🤦‍♀️

It's 100% him too, at that time he lived about 10 mins from there and Guilford road chertsey is a hight street with lots of small offices and flats above the shops. And then the name of the Co ties in too.

8C Sidney Road was a very old place of his that he lived in years ago, prior to kirstie

Life Changing Fitness was the name he used to go under years ago. It's a bit confusing as there was a Ltd company of the same name, but I can't see that he had any connection with them.

Any payments should be under Daniel Wheeler Limited as that's the company name he's trading under.

Is this via PayPal? Wonder if he's never changed his account details with them? Is he even declaring payments received if under a different name?!?

I SMELL FRAUD!!!

LCF should definitely not have been used at that point in time.

Pays to 8020 name would suggest he's reporting those under one of the new companies set up, in which case, he shouldn’t have DW limited on his website.

HMRC would have a field day with all of this! 😱

The first one of mine was to Life Changing Fitness, then Lifestyle Express for one, back to Life Changing Fitness for the next one and then the last payment was to The 80 20 Lifestyle 🤷‍♀️

It's definitely not allowed, will be interesting to see what Companies House do...😏

Just having a look at Life Changing Fitness & there's something a bit odd going on! 🧐

I linked earlier to LCF Limited, a sole director & DW not mentioned, this company dissolved 16.01.18. They were registered at 8C Sidney Road, Walton on Thames, phone 07933 608220.

Looking at terms&conditions on 8020 website, see below - did he work for them & when they ceased trading he carried on using their name without the Limited? Has he just copied their t&c's? They aren't up to date as they refer to distance selling regulations & this was updated to consumer contract regulations a few years ago now.

These are all major red flags that Trading Standards should be acting on!

Really 🙈 he has aged badly in the last 10/12 years... his personality hasn't changed though, he just appears to have been good at concealing it from time to time. Drugs have been terrible for him!

Took me a while to find out who he really was back then. But I'm I'm here for this group watching him be outed now 🤣

I am inclined to agree. Although DJ did say he had been warned about not talking about DJ in a vid that he deleted and Carla has been posting on insta about finding out who your real friends are and it makes me wonder...
