Also I never understand when someone loses some weight they think they have to go out in the least amount of clothes they can. Just wear a nice classy outfit? I get you’re proud of your weightloss (a problematic mindset or not) but you don’t have to wear 0 clothes. A nice dress would still show your figure.

Has anybody actually used the hair burst hair products do they actually work because looking at the state of her mop i dont think they do??!

I use them, and they’re really good. But I use the shampoo & conditioner only and they have the same effect as Olaplex, albeit slightly cheaper. I wouldn’t use it for hair growth. If you want hair growth use alpecin mens caffeine shampoo. It works wonder and cheaper

I heard a radio advert today for a gastric balloon you can swallow in a pill, I looked online and they can be temporary too. I would have thought they would mean you can't consume alcohol like she does but who knows.
