She needs to be careful, you can end up with rebound headaches after migraines like that. I had one last month - horrific flashing lights, lost the ability to speak properly, numb all down one arm and the side of my face, etc. Cleared after a couple of hours but I was wiped out for about 2 days, and then I had rebound headaches for about 3 days Worst one I've ever had!

I really dont want to have to start listening to her 'migraine journey,' and all the things people will suggest to help her that she won't do

I hate that!! My child’s bday is at the end of December and I treat her birthday like it’s at any other time of the year!! If not probably more so because I don’t want her to feel no one is making much of an effort because of Christmas!
