How does her 2 year old even know how to open the door to escape? I don’t remember my son at that age knowing how to get out. Not that I’d let him out my sight long enough to escape

So I’ve found her flat for sale online and it has the below conevant on it…
- Over 60s only under Homewise's lifetime lease plan
I know she looks older than she is but she’s not quite that old
I wonder if they purchased it fraudulently by getting a family member to buy it or something. I’m not an expert but surely a condition like that wouldn’t be added after they sold it if they brought it genuinely being the ages they are?! 
I’ve also never seen it as clean and tidy as it is in the photos they must have had a miracle worker in there…

I’m fairly sure we aren’t allowed to share links due to privacy… but if you were to go onto Rightmove and set the location as ‘South Ockendon, Essex’, and add the filters ‘+ 1 mile’ in the location bit and filter by ‘flats’ you might find it for a guide price of 172kooooh please share the link, I want to be nosey! Her and her Mum basically look like the same person so she can easily pass as over 60

It says if you are over 60 you can buy through the lifetime lease at £172,000. But if you aren’t then you can buy at the full market price of £260,000
