So her ex bestie Georgia came up on my explorer page before and guess what?? She’s posted about working in Dubai other copy cat move from Court has she ever had an original idea?? Would love to know what happened between them on Georgia’s business page there’s a post about “a friend that didn’t support your business at the beginning” could be a dig at Court.

I was reading the comments on the High Performance Podcast post of CB's episode and someone asked about Georgia and CB replied saying she explained it in the podcast... did anyone listen?

Just a load of jibber- how she wasn’t ‘thin’ at a healthy weight and how she used to judge people on their appearance and even made a client cry by calling her lazy,
She still screams spoilt judgemental brat to me. She’s just now saying what she thinks people want to hear

Haven't been on here for quite a while, watched the podcast on YouTube and remembered this page. I would agree v judgemental/ entitled and screams woe is me. The way I used to be obsessed doing her workouts is quite scary. Not in same shape as I was back then but a lot healthier in terms of how I exercise and not just back to back Hiit!
What does she say about her friendship with Georgia?
Just how they fell out and she had to get rid of a few employees that she didnt think were supportive of her business but then kind of back tracked by saying they've just drifted apart and that it's not necessarily a bad thing. She's not upset though but yet it is upsetting. Her brain must be constantly tired from all the confusion she comes out with
Came here after listening to high performance and wondering how on Earth they decided to publish her nonsense because it was incoherent. She comes across as low intelligence and also like she is totally kidding herself. She wasn’t fooling anyone surely all the crap she was spouting. I deleted the CB app ages ago but enjoyed jay’s workouts and want to do more strength training. Is Jay still doing workouts on the CB app? Or has he left her?
He’s set up in his own now. If you go on his insta and message him about Jay trainz fit 500 he will give you details.
He’s doing live workouts at 6:15am mon-fri and will include you in a WhatsApp group and posts the link if you can’t make the live! ☺
