Maybe they feel there’s not enough reason to as they’ve said kids aren’t badly impacted by the virus there’s still a lot of unknowns that can put parents off.

The problem is that nobody really knows. I know quite a few children who haven’t got off so lightly. Covid has weakened their immune systems to the point that they are off school every other week even though the initial Covid infection was mild or even asymptomatic. I know someone whose child has long covid and the child is so weak she can’t get herself dressed.

I’m rather confused why people are so concerned about this vaccine? Most of the reservations are based upon conspiracy theories which say that the Covid vaccine has been created to make people infertile. This has no basis in reality whatsoever and I think most people must know what rubbish that is now?

Vaccine damage is sadly something that can happen to anyone. I did feel a bit anxious taking my little girl for her MMR etc but whilst I think it’s normal to have anxieties about such things, and hope there is no bad reaction, the balance of probability is generally in favour of having a vaccine over risk catching the disease. So it’s not a ‘normal’ response to flatly refuse to have it done because of something you read on Natural News. The authors of these publications have their own agendas but nobody considers that.

Unless you have real reason to be concerned that you are more at risk from vaccines than most people. In which case the risk: benefit ratio would be different in that particular case. But that isn’t the norm. And it certainly isn’t 25%.

All of that is your opinion and your choice.

Everyone should be free to make their own medical decisions without being threatened with a loss of freedoms.

You don't have to understand or agree with their decisions

There really hasn't been much discussion about long COVID, and especially on children. There are times when it pops up in the news but a lot of it was to debate whether it existed or something along those lines

The fertility issue doesn’t concern me it’s the pos long term damage to the developing immune system through repeated vaccination , whilst incredibly sad for those children suffering lingering side effects from the disease it’s still very rare in grand scheme of things.

That Sky News footage was very interesting.

My opinion was that the group of women (were they doctors or nurses?) maybe feared for saying the wrong thing, especially regarding mandatory vaccination.

If they said 'yes' they are supporting the potential sacking of colleagues, if they say 'no' they are risking the wrath of management.

My aunt was a whistle blower at her NHS trust. She was paranoid enough not to be found out that she traveled to another location an hour + away to post documents by special delivery. (They sometimes stamp the postcode from where the letter's been posted ).

No way would any of those nurses speak out in public what they really thought either way.

This is very concerning. Why is the UK the only country that seems to want younger people to get Covid? I know quite a few people under 15 who seem to have ongoing side effects like long covid. These were young people who weren’t even very symptomatic with the initial infection.
I coach cheerleading and gymnastics and we have a number of young athletes who are suffering from long Covid.

It is not my opinion. It is science. And I do disagree with people who think they know better than the experts. For some reason, since the advent of covid, armchair immunologists are springing up everywhere. I trust the people who’ve dedicated their life’s work to being the best and brightest in their field rather than succumbing to paranoia about satanic pedophiles ruling the world etc.

Thing is it's an inflammatory disease everyone's body reacts differently when faced with inflammation ,just like certain people will develop Rheumatoid arthritis there's no way of knowing how your body will cope with the infection.

I wouldn’t class Covid-19 as an inflammatory disease, it’s respiratory but causes havoc to many organs as well as leading to inflammation.

I'm not a medical expert, but I am an expert when it comes to my children.

Some of these people who have dedicated their lifes work to be the best in their field have been made multi millionaires during this pandemic. Where there is that kind of money involved corruption follows.

Nobody works for free. Everyone makes money out of selling things that people need. That doesn’t necessarily mean that what they are selling is with nefarious intent.

In fact, the AZ vaccine was not for profit at least initially. I don’t know how someone can think that the entire world would invent a virus so that companies can make money from a vaccine.

Our government has had to implement socialist policies that cost loads because of Covid - they will have been squirming and wringing their hands at such a prospect. This is not a government who particularly cares about people dying. They did it because they had no choice.

I tend to live my life by ‘the most simple explanation is usually correct

Ironically this can be said for many people on the other side of the argument too. A lot of them have gained a lot of traction among the anti-covid vax crowd and that will translate into money for them

I think you have answered the questions yourself why some people are hesitant to have the covid vaccine.

And saying the reservations on the vaccine are mainly down to fertility is absolute rubbish. There are many many reasons for not wanting the vaccine and it will vary from person to person.

I would also add that people don’t think Covid is very serious until it affects them. My friend (not vaccinated) is 38 years old and has not got out of bed since 21st December with it. He’s very poorly. He used to think that Covid was designed to make people fearful. Now, he is regretting not having the vaccine.

They make millions each year from selling supplements/ailments/books/merch/hosting conferences and workshops. They are not in it for the right intentions and people’s best interests.

I think most do consider it inflammatory that’s why it’s different to normal coronavirus it destroys the organs and can cause Multi system inflammatory disease in kids they treat it with medications designed to dampen down the immune system
