They didn’t need to go down the evil Imran route as in real life there would have been no chance of Abi keeping Alfie with her history. They keep banging on that she was turning her life around - she was on drugs when Alfie was born, she hasnt yet managed to maintain her sobriety for longer than 12 months and she is unstable. Ffs.

And don’t get me started on Toyah. Clearly lining her up to get her happy ending with Elsie to make up for losing Alfie 🙄

All the years she was with Tyrone as well and Hope's name was ever changed to Dobbs. Tyrone has been the only consistent father figure in Hope's short life. Saint Phillip appears and Fiz bows down to him, changing Hope's surname and thinking he's the most wonderful man on earth.

Things won't end well for Fiz and Phill, mark my words.
 
This whole Abi and Imran storyline has been getting on my nerves. There was no way Abi would have got custody of Alfie after being sober for only a few months. It is best he lives with his father who is emotionally stable.

They keep trying to compare him paying someone to tell a small lie and being a cheat with her constantly failing her children/step children due to her being an addict. She had a good deal with being able to see Alfie unsupervised whenever she wanted but no she wanted to take the baby abroad without any money/job to survive or anywhere to live. She doesnt deserve the baby but I feel the writers expect us to be in her side.
