They use a character to death and then don't know what to do with them. Carla is a prime example. I quite liked Abi when she became a regular especially when she was living with Sally and Tim but the last few months she has become unbearable.

Her friendship with Sally was another Corrie relationship that you’d think would never work but it really did, I’ve not seen them in scenes together that I can think of for ages?

Corrie have a habit of forgetting friendships. Sally and Rita were close at one stage but they’ve barely interacted for years and so were Gail & Sally. The Gail & Sally friendship seemed to end when they made Gail a dimwit and Sally a snob

I've not seen Gemma and Rita together for a while, it Gemma mention her. Rita was like a mum to Gemma. I also thought that Fizz and Maria hated each other, after Maria went all stalkerish over Tyrone.

Exactly 💯 she needed to live somewhere and it happened to be with her fella for years, mortgage free. Its not like any renovations were done, that she paid for! And Tyrone said he was happy for her to stay on there with the kids. What more does she want! So she gets half from the sale of the house and moves into a new one and he won't have enough to buy anything else! Such a stupid storyline. As for Ruby, why is she staying with fizz? Shouldn't that house be her inheritance

Yes, you would think Kevin would tell Sally all that's going on so she could have a word with her! It's all so stupid & pathetic writing. Why can't the cast and crew realise this?

Becky was definitely the worst. Definitely. And that stupid dead stare she used to do when she was acting out Becky at her lowest ebb (every second episode).

I like Sarah too but I cringe whenever she says "darling" or "sweetheart" - I really don't know why 🤣

Are they not married? Because she would be entitled to half regardless how he got the house then

When watching classic Corrie from 1999 at the moment, Sally was common as they come and Gail was certainly no half wit like she is now!
Hard to believe they’re the same characters now.
I know people change but come on this is just ridiculous.

I remember Fiz spoke to Adam to find out what her rights were as her and Ty weren’t married and Adam said she wouldn’t be entitled to much. Suddenly she suggested to Ty about getting married which is what you’ve mentioned and then the Alina thing happened and then their relationship unravelled.

I was with Adam, I didn’t understand what her problem was. She was getting upset about stuff that happened in Adam’s past. Then asking stupid questions about whether Lydia left the bathroom door open

She was then annoyed as Adam brought her to the same hotel that he slept with Carla. That hotel is the only one within a 50 mile radius it seems as it’s the only one any of the Corrie residents have been to over the last 2 years
