I feel like I am living in a parallel universe. I thought it was the worst Christmas episode I have ever watched.
I seem also to be alone in thinking it was rewritten at the last minute. The night before Daniel was kissing another girl and we were gearing up to the Barlow/Platt dinner.
The next Tracy , Max and Daniel were no shows. Daniel made a weird mute cameo. Did they test positive or something and then just add his little walk on at the end? The whole thing was so disconnected and weird

I enjoyed it but if I was being picky I would rather have seen more of the family at the bistro like Tracy etc and also felt there was too much focus on Audrey and I also noticed that when they showed the scene with Kevin, abi and the twins at the table that there was no Jack or even a space where he would have been/ would be. I felt a bit sorry for Sam as it was his first Xmas without his mum and he's sat in the cold with a bunch of adults.

It was mostly a laugh though and its nice to have Evelyn and Roy back 🙂

Yes I noticed Jack wasn't there too, and no neutron was made of him
