Yeah I agree! I am glad she caught Sarah and Gary talking on camera though and it didn’t drag on like a long sordid affair how Sarah wanted

I don't think he stays there permanently. He lives with Izzy but stays with Gary.

A couple of years ago Izzy said to Gary if Jake could live with him permanently as she was struggling to cope as she couldn’t get into the factory during Covid and she was working from home

I can’t remember seeing anything mentioned on screen that Jake has moved back in with Izzy permanently again. However we only see Jake sporadically at Gary’s so maybe it’s gone back to the previous arrangement and he only occasionally stays with Gary

No. He only went with Eliza to Germany for a couple of weeks to get her settled in. He came back in Wednesday’s episode just in time to say goodbye to Alya

That's right. I've no idea what the current situation is but just assumed because we don't see Mini Gary that often that he was back with Izzy.
