This street/area which always has people walking by, milling about and people sticking their nose into others business will suddenly be deserted when something important actually happens which requires witnesses

Would it not have CCTV like so many public places? Especially given the serious crime rate

Ahhhh that's where I recognize him from!!! When I first saw him, for a minute or so I thought it was the guy who played Robbie in Emmerdale, I really recognised him but I couldn't place him!
