Didnt she ask for 600000 and was offered 400000? I thought I read that on this thread. Im sure if she wins she will get well more than 600000.
 
I don’t think she will get 1.4. Million. Children who have had serious birth injuries that have made them completely disabled barely get that. I’d say she will be lucky to get 500,000 and I bet around 350.

With respect we are all following it closely you haven't said anything that hasn't already been discussed at length.
 
Nobody has to take the stand in their own defence if they choose not to and I seriously doubt either will would open up a whole can of worms for them . They are claiming it was consensual that’s their version of events . None of his/their medical records have to be produced either . Hers are up for dispute unfortunately because she is claming damages on mental health grounds . So basically defence is trying to prove or bring into question that she had mental health problems /anxiety and panic attacks before this and not because of. It is very unfair but to me just proves that she’s telling the truth . Nobody would want this info to be public for any amount of money . She’s looking for justice
 
Been reading about this monster- absolutely shocking and I think Nikita is so brave.
Just a couple of questions, how come this isn't a criminal trial?
And is he the person who leaked the photo of the infamous katie price poo shot!?

    She carried out various DNA profiling on Nikita Hand and her clothing.
    She said DNA obtained from the vaginal area were a "thousand million times more likely" to have originated from Conor McGregor than another unrelated person.
    She also examined the clothing Nikita Hand was wearing on the night.
    She said both straps of her playsuit were ripped, which she believed wasn't as a result of normal wear and tear.

so does this more or less elimate the other fella from having sex with her? so it looks like he has been paid to say he did
