The house is a good bit away from the beach if you look at Google maps satellite. I'd say they snuck up the fields to the boundary wall.

Yes, it's an offence to share intimate pictures/ videos without the consent of the person/persons involved. He's a scumbag but he would be well within his right to take it further.Would make you wonder did he do it intentionally, it's a very exposed house.
