Well with a bit of luck her deference have the proof of him offering her hush money. The proof of his intimidation etc..

I believe this too, there is no way they would have proceeded or allowed her to proceed with the case if they thought there was a slight chance she’d lose. And her team would have sight of all the evidence his team have so would be well aware of what could be thrown at Nikita…on tbe balance of probabilities was she raped, I think the medical evidence and her injuries/marks speak for themselves.
Was she out partying and telling a few lies to keep the boyfriend from flipping out until she got home to him, yes..her not being able to recall a time of sending a message doesn’t mean she is lying…she doesn’t recall, she’s not denying anything.
I wonder will they ask him what he thought was going to happen when he picked up 2 girls and brought them back to a hotel…he was hardly planning on having a game cards…and when he wasn’t getting what he wanted he raped her.
Not like he picked the girls up and brought them back to a party with loads of ppl at it….he knew it would be just the 4 of them. And also will they ask who booked the hotel for them?? That would have had to be booked in advance…
Fingers crossed for her, I really hope it works out and I’d tell him to shove his money up his arse!

Nikita and Danielle seemed up for a party with a rich celeb. Wasn’t Tubs there too allegedly. This was back when Conor was huge and his reputation wasn’t pure trash just yet to the public.

Imagine being out on your Christmas party, young and just wanting to party. I see no intention here that either of the women were hoping to sleep with Conor. As you said, who booked the hotel?

Also, was it said back when it happened that he walked into a Garda station and admitted he’d had consensual sex with a girl and the guards had no clue what he was talking about as Nikita was still in the SATU and giving her statement to the guards??? Maybe i imagined that…

If that happened it screams he knows he did something really bad and wanted to get in first. Coming down off the drugs….
