That's not a real smile. He's rattled.

I was walking past the Four Courts this afternoon, about 3.30 and I had a strange encounter. It's hard to explain because nothing really happened, it was more of a feeling. I saw a guy walking towards me. He was bald with a beard and dressed kinda funky - baggy jeans and boots. At first glance I thought he was good-looking but when we got up close he gave me a look that felt intimidating. I wonder was he something to do with Connor? His clothes were casual but looked expensive. I felt uneasy but maybe I was hyper aware of what was happening inside the building.

It’s fairly dodgy around there at the best of times!
 
Ok so seems like the reason the DPP didn’t move forward is because she text her partner multiple times through the night saying she was fine and having a great time and also she left the hotel with the other guy but willing went back in. This would create massive doubt in the jury. That’s before the defence even got her on the stand. So it seems these two things went against her and they figured they could not convince a jury beyond reasonable doubt because of it.

His defence only has this to hang on to so are trying to make her out to be a liar, cause she lied to her partner.
It's madness though when they have all the evidence from docs and pics of her bruises etc. Just trying to discredit her as a person.
Thankfully though a civil case only needs probable cause so they've to decide if it probably happened which stevie wonder can see it defo probably happened considering her injuries.
The cctv shows her on the floor of the lift, hammered drunk.

Also, did his team question the gynaecologist yesterday? Don't recall seeing anything written about it.
If they didn't that's very telling, they couldn't argue with his evidence.

this! Guys don’t fall into the trap. After being papped on day 1 with the puss and getting dragged he’s all smiles on day 2 to piss people off. He’s well versed in intimidation. Don’t let him intimidate you!

I’m sadly not in Dublin atm but if I was I would 💯 love to join a protest or March. Are there any groups online? If there was one planned after the case I could go. If the times he enters court were known I’d love to see people gather to shout abuse. Would need to be a big crowd for safety he probably has gang members snooping for him.

This really is the time to jump on the momentum and get this animal caged up. He’ll be crying every night in his cell. Big boi with no way out.

its dumb, victim blaming comments like this that stop victims from reporting rape / SA crimes. It was in 2018 so he was extremely popular at the time, it’s only recent years that all these allegations have come forward, so she would have had no idea what a monster he was / is, she also said she knew him from the area & Dee. So women can’t party or meet up with other males without just expecting to be raped??? Get a grip.

Thinking the same thing, who knows if Dee even has access to a phone when he’s not around. Nothing would surprise me with that thug, he just brings her out now & again when it suits to portray his bs family man image, but why does she even go along with it.. I get it she’s probably scared but now is the perfect time to leave, use this case as proof of what he’s capable of. Plus eyes are on him now. Surely she hasn’t the living of a dog! & she’s bound to be entitled to a decent amount of $$ even in child support.

Yes good point, didn’t someone say on here that Nikita’s car was burned & home broken into & bf was stabbed? Wonder would this come up in court? Probably not as no proof it’s him even though everyone knows it is. I honestly feel so sorry for poor Nikita & Dee for that matter. I know we are going back & forth about why she doesn’t leave him but he is an absolute monster & god love any woman that comes into contact with him. Maybe this trial will encourage more of his victims to come forward, there would be so so many more. The bravery of Nikita is something else, I pray she gets justice. Yes a sentence would be better but this is unfortunately her only route.

He could leak intimate photos or videos of her to humiliate her.

He could take her home and her car away.

He could make vexatious reports about her to social services and the police. These reports would need to be investigated even if they were false.

He might well try and ensure she lost custody of their kids.

If she’s ever taken any drugs with him then he’s probably got evidence of that and he’d leak that info so she’d find it harder to keep them.

Why did I never think of this before, the video he posted of her giving him a Bj on the boat, at the time I was so sickened I didn’t even think about how this could have been abuse. It could have been a warning to her, look what I can do to you, can you imagine as a mother ever imagining your kids seeing you in that way 😢 he is bleeping evil, the pics he has posted of her around alcohol when pregnant, it’s all making sense now. She’s prob praying he OD’s, it’s her only way out
