None of the people on the boat at the time would come forward because they were all mcgregors yes men who would be afraid they would be cut off.. he thought he was in the octagon when he kicked the girl .. and no one on the boat reached out to her to see is she was ok man or woman .. I don’t blame her going down the money route now
 
This is the problem. No one will speak out against him. Those closest to him are probably afraid to as he doesn't run in nice circles. Shut up and reap the rewards or turn against him and get beaten up or worse.

His victims have a nasty choice to make too. They've seen how the Belfast rape trial went. They can put themselves through years of grief waiting for a horrific court case, while
all the time fearful of Conor and his gang. Or they can take a life changing amount of money and move on with their lives.

It's a difficult choice to make. I'd love to say I'd have him jailed but at what price to my mental health and the safety of my family.

I'm not blaming the victims at all it's just so frustrating to see him get away with it time and time again.

Hangers-on grubbing for daily cash. They'll turn a blind eye to anything where payroll and free grog/drugs is going. Then they'll back him to the hilt , while the gravy-train is still running....

Why shouldn't she get a pay out? If he assaulted her on a boat to a point she had to jump in the sea she obviously feared for her life and he should be held accountable, both financially and in the criminal courts. He is a pig.

Burden of proof is higher in a criminal court.
 
People often have no choice but to go down the civil route to get justice of some sort. Often there isn't enough evidence for the DPP to send a case to trial. Not enough evidence does not mean it didn't happen, just that there is not what is deemed "enough" evidence for a trial to go ahead. Isn't this what happened in the case of the Beacon too?
Whether a criminal case is taken in Spain or not, there still wouldn't be enough evidence for a criminal trial in Ireland. So it makes perfect sense.

I heard they were life long friends and the younger Murray brother was there but pretended to be asleep.. She said something he didnt like to hear and hit her coked out off his nut broke her arm, she jumped over board.. nobody helped or intervened. She left her phone bag and all her money on the boat.. had to go to hospital & back to her apt in just her bikini and got someone at home to book her a flight home next day.

He was asked to apologise to her and refused. Scum bag but all common knowledge apparently.
