I get that but when they done the first examination did they not find a second DNA and say well maybe someone else raped her and not Conor because there’s another DNA there.. not that I’m doubting Conor raping her

No I don’t believe a second DNA was found, mainly because JL I believe never had sex with her. All the DNA was CMG

Yeah he was with a group of girls in Krystle and dropped them home I believe

I think it was around 10:30 am he collected the girls drove around for a while and then went to JLs house to "use the toilet" ( I believe to collect coke) then headed to the beacon as the room wasnt ready until 12pm

Danielle Kealy said her phone was broken and that’s why she got the lift home with Conor and left Nikita and JL in the hotel. I get phones break especially after nights out but I just thought it was just a little fishy that, her phone was working again when Nikita contacted her from the hospital and look I get she probably had a replacement or went to the shop to get a new one but I just feel with Conor there’s always a motive, I half think he brought Danielle home so he could see where she lived because Nikita did say she didn’t want to push Danielle as she was scared for her now Conor knew where she lived. I could be totally wrong just thought it was a little strange her phone was broken.

I know this article isn’t about Nikita v CMG and there was no criminal trial for Nikita but in the context of Nikita v CMG civil trial the view expressed in the article by the Taoiseach is disappointing 💔

Mr Harris also said his party will continue to canvass for John McGahon, despite photos showing injuries a man suffered following an altercation with the Louth candidate.

Mr McGahon was found not guilty of assault in a criminal case two years ago, but a High Court civil action found him liable earlier this year.

The man was awarded a sum of damages against Mr McGahon.

Photos have been published in a Sunday newspaper showing the extent of facial injuries suffered by the man.

Mr Harris said his party will continue to back Mr McGahon.

“These matters were all examined in a court of law. A jury sat in Louth. A jury looked at the CCTV, a jury looked at images. A defence was put forward, a defence of self-defence was put forward, and a jury found him not guilty,” Mr Harris added.
