Is it me picking iliket up wrong or does it look like she's trying to flog a dress that she got for free..
Or is she actually giving it away? Would she return a dress that she got for free?

I don’t think she got it for free, it’s just an aff link so she gets money if you click through and buy it.
 
Oh we almost had a moment of self awareness there! Yes Katie you do look like an idiot for letting your greed talk you into buying that home.

I absolutely love the house and yes it clearly needs money spending on it to bring it up to today's standards. Trouble is that isn't what she wants to do because that isn't good enough for her. She wants to extend and add bits on and completely change things around inside. Like i have said before i really don't know why she didn't just buy some land and build from scratch, would have been much cheaper and she could have had exactly what she wanted.

If you build a new house from scratch you get exactly what you want and no VAT on materials. She is so out of touch how many people are featured on the news living in damp, dreadful standard accommodation barely able to feed themselves and this woman HAD a beautiful FULLY renovated home in Leeds (but being greedy wants bigger and better) she also owns a large house in Devon. Her garage at the new Leeds house or as she calls it “our coach house” many people would give there right hand to live in that. She makes me very angry she so wants it all.

Life comes at you fast! We bought a total dump and renovated and extended it. Took the whole thing back to brick - it took 20 months on total with work going on at least 6 days a week. Before we bought it, we went with the builder, the structural engineer and the architect to look round x 2. We took the plumber and the electrician x 1. Then we asked everyone what they thought it would cost and added on 50% and an additional contingency of 10%. Worked out if we could afford it snd then bought the house. The reason being that we already had a very nice house that we had just fully renovated so didn’t want to move there to a house we couldn’t afford to get sorted out as quickly as possible. I thought anyone sensible would do that? Surely no one gifts you a wrap around extension, full rewire/replumb etc?! Were they expecting that?

She also has a house from when she was a student at uni that she rents out and had another rental up north somewhere, unless thst was sold to purchase this one🙄

She's "chosen" 2 jobs that everyone hates apparently.. A dentist & an influencer.
I don't think everyone hates dentists. They hate going to the dentist, it's hardly being a traffic warden is it .. And as for being an "influencer" as a job..

Moan, moan, moan from grabby greedy Katie, having just had a weeks luxury trip away that was heavily discounted. She cannot help herself at all, and is clearly totally dissatisfied with her life.

They can more than afford to do the work, she’s got so many assets that she could sell to pay for it. What she actually is complaining about is that she cannot have it all. She wants an expensive (free renovation) plus hold on to her other properties and go on multiple holidays etc. most people accept that if they take on a big project their standard of living drops.

Or maybe she didn’t get an enough parcels with free crap waiting for her at home.
 
She would endear herself SO much more if she weren’t so miserable after, like you said, the trip of a lifetime for most people. She just needs to recognise her privilege and be grateful for all the fantastic things she gets.

Also if she gave something back. Anything! Just donate her next gifted products or show the fact she does think about others and not herself.

She’s obviously a smart woman I can’t believe she doesn’t realise how badly she comes across.
