As much as I’m not a fan of these two, being a tomboy is not ‘presenting as male’, women can wear what they like, the gender obsession with clothes and makeup is why this generation don’t know what on earth they are or what biological sex even is. I’m a lesbian and have many friends who dress like Cole, they are very much women though and butch women being called men has always been a homophobic take..
I understand what you’re saying.
Women can ABSOLUTELY wear what they like yes.
The clothes Nicole wears are typically Mens style clothing, sometimes even actually mens clothes, she does present as a male.
I’m not lesbian, I am pansexual. My ex is a transman, I don’t believe that if he wore typically womens clothes (as he used to when he lived as a female for 27 years before transitioning) that he would be confused about his gender or sexuality.
The point I was making is simply, if you dress in a genders typical clothing, then you will be mistaken for that gender.
Is there an obsession with clothes and make up? Ive never witnessed this if there is.
The issue that we have with Nicole complaining about being mistaken for a male, is that she dresses very typically in male clothing and then gets upset when people think she’s a boy. It’s madness.
Yes, absolutely, cis women can wear whatever they like and whatever they feel comfortable in, cis men can also, but it’s impossible to control how the public and society will perceive you when you do.
I also have many lesbian friends, trans men and women, gay male friends and everything in between. Before I replied to you here, I asked my neighbours their opinion, a lesbian couple.
They said Nicole is a “Pussy for complaining about something she’s brings to her own doorstep”
She can wear whatever she likes but she cannot control how she is perceived.
Having said all that, I do understand exactly what you’re getting at in your post and no offence was intended. I do have issue with Nicole whinging about something that she has complete control over if she doesn’t like it.
She can carry on wearing whatever she likes.
I’ll ask you this though……if I wore an arsenal football shirt, would you assume I was an arsenal fan……..
