And she clearly knew the terms and conditions about using the refund process as she clearly states they asked her who had died. Grandad isn’t classed as immediate family hence why she was not entitled . I wonder if someone asking for a refund of her crappy iOS tops gets the same treatment, although given the state of them on the pre loved site I doubt they do

Also a Death Certificate isn't a private document. Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates are public documents and available to anyone who pays a fee through the GRO.

I’m pretty sure her Grandad wasn’t due to go to the Theatre! She’s used his death as an excuse to get a refund because she forgot that Ruby was going away, I stand by it. She’s a disgrace.

Omg I may have to stop following her on insta. She wants to keep the duck nest hiding but yet throws food at the duck that's near the nest. Surely that'll encourage other birds / animals to it?? Why not put it on the slip where it always is (unless it's in her garden. Don't even get me started on that ) and let the duck come up to eat it if it wants it. But oh no!!! Let's highlight to other animals that there's a duck nest there.

Btw I know nothing about ducks but clearly neither does she. Oh I can't go through another spring / summer on duck / duckling watch. What happens if another 10 survive. She gonna be feeding them as well.
