I can’t remember what happens with him at all.
Guessing he isnt in it long as i really dont even remember him being in it.
I’m pretty surprised Mike’s put up with him moaning on about being kept in the dark and I thought I was running the factory 😴

Do him and Karen not end up together in the show? I know they went out in real life but I seem to remember them together and up to no good

Anyone watching Brookside will recognise Tommy Duckworth’s other Granda, Jeff Horton as new resident Alan Partridge
Look ot for Alan Rothwell, who played David Barlow in the very first episode of Corrie. He continued to play him until 1968. He plays Heather Huntington's second Husband Nicolas Black, a completely different character than David Barlow.
Also look out for Betty Alberge who played Florrie Lindley, in the first episode of Corrie. She played Edna Cross in Brookside, from 1983 to 1985.
I was an avid fan of Brookie, in the early years!

So what happens to Roger then??

I forgot how itv3 fly through Classic Corrie I’ve missed a few weeks and it’s jumped months. I’m sick of hearing Love at First Sight by Kylie though she definitely must have paid them for promo.

Its her constant need to have her midriff on show that annoys me

I was 18 in 2002 and, tbf, that's how clothes were built back then. tops too short, jeans too low and i liked the look back then

now I'm looking back like abe simpson

Confession: To embarrass my daughter, I make up my own lyrics to the Corrie theme tune.

'I love my Corrie...
Especially the villains
Like Tricky Dicky....
And Scouse Phelan!'

'Coronation Street...
Is the greatest street
If you disagree....
Come and fight me!'

04-06 was a bit of a golden age of Corrie style. All the lads had bushy hair

04-06 was golden (dodgy) for a lot of us 😆😆 I was a newly single parent, my girls were at their dads on a weekend, I rocked those weird hairstyles and clothes choices. Yes I chose them 😆😆😆😆

I was 15 in 2004 and I got my first paying job, so exactly the right age for the records and fashion of the time. Libertines, Doves, Bloc Party, Arctic Monkeys. I had hair down to my arse in 2006, I don't mean to brag but I was absolutely gorgeous
