She may go every day but it will be the care staff doing his meds, transferring him, washing and dressing him.
If her mom does it all why isn’t he at home to be cared for then!

You hit the nail on the head. He’s not there because he needs 24 hour care with a registered nurse on duty and equipment to move him pressure reliving mattresses specialist chair etc he needs more than Clare and her mum sitting with him and helping him with dinner or drinking
